Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch back in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our horologists inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
